We create all our bi-folding doors to your exact specifications, ensuring a custom finish that suits your space. We choose to use a superior quality heavy duty commercial tracking system when designing, manufacturing & installing bi fold doors. We are able to customize and stain bi-folding doors to match existing areas throughout your home. If painting, a great way to maximize your finish quality is taking advantage of our oil-based factory spray under coat.
We have been manufacturing multi- and bi-folding doors for a number of years now. The configuration of these doors, from 2 to 10, will depend on your individual needs and the functionality required by your space. All of these points are discussed very early in the design stage for your convenience, ensuring your vision is understood and achieved.
It is our experience that the main component limiting the life expectancy of bi fold doors is the use of inferior tracking and roller systems. Our select grade timbers are individually selected based on their moisture content; inferior timbers will shrink at least 1mm per piece, which jeopardizes the sealing.

Prior to installation, our bi-folding doors are sealed in our factory at the time of manufacture to ensure that they stand the test of time. Clients are advised to have 2 of prime coats of ‘Silkens’ oil-based undercoat applied to all surfaces, which seals all edges prior to glazing and assembly. This occurs in our custom-built spray booth – we work with you to ensure the colour perfectly matches or complements your home and existing décor.
